Job Description:

Foster Remodeling Solutions (FRS) is currently looking for a Carpenter Apprentice interested in secure, long-term employment with benefits. Job Duties:

  • Support Lead Carpenter and/or Carpenters in their daily tasks for residential remodeling projects.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols regarding power tools, construction procedures, and company regulations.
  • Organize and store tools appropriately at the end of each workday.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the job site consistently.
  • Handle material pickups and deliveries while observing traffic regulations.
  • Adjust to various working environments and weather conditions, fulfilling physical demands such as:
    • Stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, walking, and lifting.
  • Aid in demolition, waste disposal, and material removal as required.
  • Assist Lead Carpenter and/or Carpenters with their daily duties as instructed.


Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading and comprehending written instructions.
  • Capable of lifting 50lbs or more.
  • Skilled in ladder climbing.
  • Enthusiastic about learning the construction trade.
  • Possesses reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in English is crucial for maintaining a secure construction working environment and facilitating effective client communication.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Compensation- Hourly Rate $20-$23.
  • Monday - Friday work week 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
