Job Title: Project Engineer
Department: Engineering
Location: EURO-COMPOSITES Corporation
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary Exempt
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
We're looking for a Project engineer who's excited to improve how things are made and play a hands-on role in shaping the next-generation products. If you enjoy solving complex manufacturing challenges and seeing your ideas, come to life on the production floor, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to both daily operations and long-term business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead capital and engineering projects from concept, planning, and design through construction, startup, and closeout.
  • Own project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and technical performance to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, engineering firms, and vendors to keep projects moving forward.
  • Apply sound engineering principles to evaluate designs and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Identify project risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost impacts.
  • Manage project budgets, capital spending, change control, and financial reporting.
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, risks and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete project documentation, including engineering drawings, reports and regulatory compliance records.
  • Partner with operations to ensure successful project startup, turnover, operator trainings, and documentation of lesson learned.
What We’re Looking For:
We value practical experience just as much as formal education. Ideal candidates bring:
  • A bachelor’s degree Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial or a related Engineering discipline.
  • 1-3+ years of experience leading engineering or capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
  • Experience developing project schedules, managing capital budgets, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence teams and drive results without direct supervisory authority.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Why EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation?

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
  • Clear opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
  • A collaborative, respectful culture where your ideas matter.
