- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, translate program requirements into practical operational processes, and drive consistent adoption across functions and regions.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills across diverse subject areas, cultures, and time zones.
- Experience prioritizing and delivering complex global initiatives, with comfort adapting processes to regional and cultural contexts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot, Planner or Project; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
It would also be beneficial if you had:
- Advanced degree or certifications, such as CRMP, CRISC, GRCP
- Basic understanding of organizational change management.
- Experience with enterprise risk and compliance assessment platforms.
- Strong documentation discipline and rigorous follow-through on issues and actions.
- Experience building and maintaining communications that drive adoption and sustainment.
As the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Program Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
Global Program Deployment & Business Adoption
- Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, and ongoing management of Moog's enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs.
- Design future-state processes aligned with policy, regulatory obligations, and operational needs; implement enabling technology and support adoption.
- Support the design and deployment of role-based training and micro-learning assets; ensure global accessibility and comprehension.
- Implement communication plans, including launch announcements, FAQs, and playbooks, tailored to diverse global audiences.
Governance, Process & Stakeholder Alignment
- Maintain governance artifacts, including charters, RACI matrices, risk registers, SOPs, process maps, and control documentation.
