Electrical Project Manager – Industrial ProjectsAbout Emede ElectricEmede Electric is a growing manufacturer of custom electrical distribution and control solutions for industrial applications. We take pride in delivering high-quality projects for customers across a variety of industries through strong teamwork, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service.We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple projects from kickoff through completion. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating customers, engineering, production, vendors, and field activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and seeing projects through from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from contract award through project closeout.Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to develop execution plans and production schedules.Coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing, customers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.Track project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and overall progress.Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.Participate in customer meetings and job site meetings as needed.Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.Resolve project issues quickly while maintaining strong customer relationships.Coordinate site visits, inspections, punch list items, and project completion activities.Maintain clear communication with leadership by providing regular project updates.Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of project management experience in the electrical industry.Experience managing industrial or commercial electrical projects.Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project scheduling.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.RequirementsFluent in both English and Spanish (required).Legally authorized to work in the United States.Ability to travel locally for project meetings and site visits as needed.What We OfferPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysOpportunities for Career Growth and Professional DevelopmentA collaborative team environment with direct exposure to leadershipThe opportunity to manage challenging industrial electrical projects with a growing company  As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and compliant workplace, candidates for the Project Manager position will be required to complete a comprehensive background check and drug screening prior to employment.
