With scalable production capacity and disciplined program management, PSI delivers repeatable quality and reliable performance on complex builds for mission-critical and industrial applications worldwide.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of customer orders and shipments, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships. • Identify and address any discrepancies or challenges that may arise in the order or shipment process.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently while minimizing customer impact.
  • Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Project Management:
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on optimizing order fulfillment and shipment processes.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Reporting & Analytics:
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to orders and shipments (on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, etc.).
