  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Experience managing projects within one or more of the following disciplines:

    • Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H)
    • Coastal Engineering
    • Federal Infrastructure
    • Municipal Engineering
    • Land Development
      • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
      • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.
      • Experience with business development and proposal preparation is preferred.
