Cornerstone is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our team.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead and oversee survey project planning, scheduling, and execution from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Serve as point of contact for client relations and project coordination
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in survey methods and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Survey Lead Professional and project team to ensure full project execution.
  • Supervision and mentoring to project technicians, project professionals, and field survey associates
  • Supervise/produce project deliverables as required.
  • Perform Quality Control on project deliverables.
  • Provide technical survey expertise to field crews and project team.
  • Collaborating in a team environment to deliver creative solutions, methods, and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control
  • Visit project sites to monitor progress and direct field data collection.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in survey software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and GIS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of state land survey laws, standards, and procedures for both states
  • Experience with GPS, robotic total stations, and other advanced survey technologies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, organized, and solution advocate.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with oil & gas, transportation, or utility corridor projects.
  • Familiarity with coastal and wetland surveying regulations in Louisiana.
  • Knowledge of subdivision platting, title surveys, and easement documentation
