The Firm is establishing a unified and efficient mobile technology framework, that will enhance productivity, foster best practices and simplify our mobile workforce technology across the Firm.
Over the next 18 months, concluding in 2026 we will be undertaking an initiative to review our corporate device landscape and provide replacements where required. To achieve this goal, we will require the right program team to deliver on this initiative.
here is  an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Technology Standardization PMO.
Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
• Create, manage and maintain the work stream schedules
• Provide work stream meeting management
• Create and own work stream updates for the Program steering packs
• RAID management
• Create status reports
• Provide support to the Program Management team as required
• Maintain project controls
• Manage project documentation
• Use Program templates, best practice and SharePoint
Skills required
• 10 years of Project Management Office experience
• Strong knowledge and experience of project lifecycles and governance within large organizations
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to collaborate and build consensus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Good MS PowerPoint and Visio skills
• Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm required
• Demonstrate experience of technology projects and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives
