Volpe Enterprises is hiring an Interior Project Manager to join our growing company.Volpe Enterprises is a full-service/design-build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking for an Interior Residential Project Manager to join our Production team in North Wales PA. Project Managers are responsible for effectively communicating the schedule and process of the job to the client as well as following up after completion to ensure client satisfaction. Potential projects include, but are not limited to, bathroom and kitchen remodels, additions, and finished basements.Responsibilities:● Conduct pre-installation visits for each job to review feasibility, the scope of work, and measurement with the client and, when necessary, the Project Consultant.● Coordinate and oversee multiple construction projects at one time to ensure proper installation and Volpe practices are being followed.● Facilitates the process for construction projects or repairs safely, timely, and on budget.● Ensures statutory and regulatory compliance concerning safety and health.● Coordinates and ensures delivery of project resources promptly.● Develops project plans to present to clients, sales teams, and internal staff.● Partners with the Production Manager to prepare crew schedules and ensure they are properly equipped to perform the job.● Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after a job to ensure customer satisfaction.● Utilizes project management software to track quality control workflows, checklists, and other accountability tools.● Manages addendums, vendors, trade partners, and orders job materials.● Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and Company-Wide training.● Regular attendance and punctuality are required.Qualifications:● Minimum of 3 years in the remodeling industry required.● Bachelor's degree preferred; background in mathematics or engineering.● Written and verbal communication skills.● Self-motivated, punctual, and analytical.● Professional and polished in appearance and speech.● Software Knowledge: BuilderTrend, Quickbase, Xactimate, Microsoft Excel.● Remodeling industry and construction code knowledge.● Ability to read and interpret construction documents (carpentry, roofing, etc).● Professional attitude and appearance.● Must be authorized to work in the United States.
