The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Project Manager who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering successful outcomes. In this role, you’ll manage projects from concept through completion, working closely with customers, field teams, and internal partners. You’ll enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule while making a visible impact on customers, operations, and sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Take ownership of your projects by planning site visits, travel schedules, and key milestones to ensure successful execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, installers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with Territory Managers, Designers, and Inside Sales teams to coordinate project requirements, safety considerations, and site logistics.
  • Develop and maintain project plans according to our ERP system, proactively adapting timelines and priorities as projects evolve.
  • Visit customer sites to document and verify measurements, support installation activities, and quickly resolve questions or challenges.
  • Participate in planning meetings to share updates, coordinate resources, and keep projects moving forward.
What You Bring
  • Experience managing projects in industrial manufacturing, utilities, food processing, OEM environments, or related industries.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage schedules, travel, and multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and comfort working with technical drawings, engineering specifications, and/or CAD-based workflows.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 75%) and engage directly with customers in the field.
  • High level of experience preparing mechanical drawings and interpreting field measurements.
  • General knowledge of piping components including valves, fittings and boilers.
