As a Project Manager, you will be at the helm of significant Heavy Construction projects (such as bridge work, infrastructure, plant & process) or Construction Management of Buildings (focused on school and municipal markets). This role demands a leader capable of overseeing all aspects of project management from preconstruction to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-construction: Oversee all pre-construction phases including planning and design.
  • Estimating: Develop accurate project cost estimates.
  • Contract Management: Administer construction contracts ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Scheduling: Utilize advanced scheduling tools like P6 to manage timelines effectively.
  • Construction Methods: Determine and apply appropriate construction means and methods.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to maintain budget integrity.
  • Payment Processing: Manage the flow of payments to ensure timely completion and financial accuracy.
  • Project Closeout: Efficiently close out projects ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Handle other duties as needed, adaptable to various project needs.
