As we continue to grow in the Northeast, we are looking for a Field Supervisor with experience in construction, drilling, excavation, or related industries who is eager to learn and transition into the geothermal energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate drilling operations on-site, including site preparation
  • Ensure that work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and budget
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and project progress
  • Lead and manage field crews to ensure efficiency and teamwork
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring high performance and safety standards
  • Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective measures
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Monitor site progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control
  • Ensure that machinery is properly maintained and serviced to minimize downtime
  • Monitor equipment use and troubleshoot an mechanical issues that arise
  • Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, progress, safety inspections, and equipment usage
  • Ensure that excavation activities comply with all local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations
What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in construction, drilling, excavation, utilities, or similar industries
  • Leadership experience in a field-based role
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and site coordination
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make quick, effective decisions
  • Willingness to learn about geothermal drilling and new industry practices
  • Ability to travel approximately 3 days per week as needed
  • Valid Driver's license & ability to travel between job sites
Job Requirements:
