The Construction Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, and schedule requirements. This role involves regular client interaction and utilizes industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project and Procore to manage project details effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate commercial construction projects
  • Manage project budgets and control costs
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor project schedules and adjust plans as needed
  • Report project progress regularly to clients and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in construction project management
  • Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Procore
  • Strong skills in construction scheduling and budgeting
  • Experience with contract management and risk management
