What is a Project Manager?

A Project Manager is a professional responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within an organization. They coordinate teams, manage resources, set deadlines, and ensure that project goals are met within the specified constraints of time, budget, and scope. Their role is crucial in keeping projects organized, on track, and successful.

What is the 80/20 rule for project managers?

For project managers, the 80/20 rule suggests that roughly 80% of project results come from 20% of efforts or tasks.
