Various East Coast Airports – Fully Onsite
$120–180K (Depending on Experience) – Full Time with Benefits
Take your career to the next level with us! R.M. Chin amp; Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin) is seeking an experienced airport project manager or assistant project manager. Candidates require a minimum of three years of either design or construction experience on airport or airline projects. Knowledge of food service equipment, bar equipment, custom millwork, stone, FFE, and operational requirements is required. Customer-facing skills are also required. Estimating skills are a plus.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Education – bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or highly-related discipline preferred.
  • Experience – 3+ years of either design or construction experience on airport or airline lounge projects.
  • Project scope / budget preparation.
  • Some travel will be required.
  • Strong problem solving and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate must demonstrate a willingness to acquire new responsibilities and skills, and work in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for understanding the overall project / program scope and managing the assigned project or group of projects. Efforts will entail planning, design, implementation, cost control, quality functions, and project closeout. Stakeholder coordination and strong communication are also key roles.
