Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with nuclear expertise to lead and manage complex projects. This SME role requires a professional with 10 to 15 years of experience, preferably in I&C, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. The Project Manager will provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, overseeing the efficient allocation of resources.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges.
• Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong experience in managing projects that impact organizational strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) is required.
• Advanced certifications and specializations are highly preferred.

Work Environment

The Project Manager will work in a dynamic environment, leading multidisciplinary teams across various project phases. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to changing project demands, with a focus on strategic alignment and continuous improvement.

This is a Contract position based out of Waynesboro, GA.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Waynesboro,GA.
