Job description

Position:
Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager to join our Global Procurement Operations and Contracts Management team. You will partner directly with Global Category Managers to accelerate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, lead complex contract redlining, and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle including management of the CLM tool. You will also partner within our Procurement Operations team to manage end-to-end processes.
This role requires a sharp eye for legal risk, strong sourcing and business acumen, and the relationship skills needed to manage global suppliers and internal business stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
Contract Lifecycle & Redlining Management

  • Risk Mitigation: Ensure all contracts align with corporate legal, financial, risk management, and compliance policies.
  • CLM Stewardship: Own and manage the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, ensuring 100% accuracy in metadata, milestones, contract repositories, and renewal alerts.

Strategic Category & RFP Partnering
  • Sourcing Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration with Global Vendor Management, Enterprise Program and Transformation, Regional Procurement Teams, Legal, Finance and IT and Business Unit Stakeholders through the S2P process.
  • Business Alignment: Attend and actively participate in business stakeholder meetings/QBR's to translate objectives into legally binding contractual structures.

Global Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Performance Monitoring: Support Category Managers in monitoring supplier compliance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Dispute Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for contractual disputes, amendments, or interpretation issues with global suppliers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Standardize global contract templates and playbooks to streamline negotiations and reduce cycle times.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience & Education
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or strategic sourcing within a global procurement organization.
  • Global Scope: Proven track record of managing global agreements and partnering with Legal teams to navigate international laws/regulations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

Technical & Soft Skills
  • Contracting Expertise: Deep understanding of legal terminology, indemnification clauses, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability.
  • Tool Fluency: Hands-on experience using Coupa (Source to Pay), enterprise CLM tools (e.g., LEAH/ContractPOD AI), ERP's (e.g. Oracle) and e-Sourcing platforms.
  • Influence & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Autonomy: Strong project management skills; comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

Adaptability
  • Ability to effectively pivot direction when information is incomplete or evolving and create clarity in complex situations.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
