12 Month Fixed Term, Full-Time (37.5hrs per week)

Your Role

Carl Zeiss Vision UK is looking for a driven and ambitious Project Manager / Change professional to play a key role in delivering our UK & Ireland growth strategy as part of #Agenda30 and beyond.

This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the local change agenda, leading a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives that support our continued growth. It's a great opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference within a global, forward-thinking organisation.

The role of Project Manager will involve:

  • Delivering a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives across the UK&I business
  • Defining project scope, deliverables, and success measures
  • Building and managing detailed project plans, adapting as priorities evolve
  • Coordinating resources, assigning tasks, and managing stakeholders
  • Monitoring project performance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
  • Providing clear project updates and reports to senior stakeholders and steering groups
  • Supporting enterprise risk management and continuous improvement in project practices

Your Experience

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, including planning, estimation, requirements gathering and PID creation
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Wrike, MS Project, Excel) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and confidence working under pressure
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Professional project management certification (e.g. APM)
