About the Role
Client is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and has a strong understanding of HVAC and construction operations.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage day-to-day project operations across multiple job sites
  • Coordinate with company leadership, estimators, and construction managers
  • Develop project plans, timelines, staffing strategies, and resource allocation
  • Oversee teams, including 1–2 supervisors and their crews
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery
  • Communicate daily schedules and updates with field and office teams
  • Prepare reports for management, clients, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with general contractors and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
  • Oversee coordination of Sheet Metal, Plumbing, and Piping work on-site
