Job description

Jon Ossoff for Senate is hiring an Operations Associate for the 2026 election cycle. The Operations Associate will report to the Deputy Operations Director and work with the campaign team writ large to support the systems and processes that staff and volunteers rely on. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and works full time in-office.
The Operations Associate will assist in the management of a rapidly growing headquarters office and support other essential workflows such as onboarding, supply procurement, and office management. The associate will also support the execution of office programs and campaign events. A successful candidate can work quickly and in the rapidly changing environments of a statewide campaign and tactfully manage competing tasks. The candidate should also handle interacting, both internally and externally, with a wide variety of people and personalities. Extreme attention to detail is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure office needs are met and office processes run smoothly
  • Address operations issues and needs from staff in a timely manner
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees; Support Human Resources and establish and uphold a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
  • Lead on office management: Coordinating office supplies, stocking campaign merchandise, other office upkeep
  • Manage processes for communication between staff and the Operations Department
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Deputy Operations Director

Qualifications:
  • Some experience on campaigns or in political organizations is required
  • Experience managing many competing workflows
  • Customer service mindset: extremely thoughtful in interactions with stakeholders with a problem solving attitude
  • Ability to manage several tasks/projects at the same time while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and good follow-through on tasks
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites
  • Must have a drivers license and access to reliable vehicle

Compensation: $4,600/month. This position will come with benefits, including dental, vision and health insurance.
