Job description

M-Five Construction Group, LLC seeks a dedicated Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial remodeling projects primarily in Northeast Ohio. The ideal candidate will bring over three years of project management experience, with strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring quality workmanship and effective coordination of small teams. This role reports directly to the President and offers a collaborative, family-like work environment with minimal travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion
  • Oversee budget management and provide monthly budget updates
  • Coordinate small teams of 1-5 members effectively
  • Maintain quality control throughout all project phases
  • Communicate regularly with clients and trade partners
  • Manage and supervise residential trades and subcontractors
  • Oversee contract compliance and administration
  • Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in residential remodeling
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Project management certification or training
