This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Project Manager in Eden Prairie, MN, or Peachtree City, GA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Accountable for end-to-end management of lighting controls customer projects, ensuring delivery is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and best-in-class project management practices.

  • Full ownership of the project from the handover by Proposal Management and Sales teams to customer final acceptance and handover to Customer Service, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless implementation across all phases.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, electrical contractors, representative agencies, and internal departments while coordinating submittals, material releases, startup scheduling, field service, and project documentation.

  • Work closely with Applications Engineering, Technical Support, Manufacturing, Field Service, and Sales to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project schedules.

  • Track project milestones, facilitating customer communication, coordinating startup and warranty activities, reviewing project documentation, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Salary:$61,060 - 89,551 based on experience

  • Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 5%
