Summary

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level initiatives, such as System Integrations, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Reporting, Data Management, and Administration System Migration projects. This role provides end-to-end leadership for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, operational priorities, and technology roadmaps.


The Sr. Project Manager is accountable for project scope, schedule, budget, resource management, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of business outcomes. The position partners closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT, Data & Analytics teams, and corporate support functions to drive project execution, organizational readiness, and adoption of new capabilities. This role serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring enterprise reporting, data quality, and system migration initiatives deliver measurable value.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or other advanced degree preferred
  • 7 years+ or more experience with managing multiple projects
  • 5 years or more experience with leading projects in Automotive, Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, Dealer Management Systems, or Insurance industry is strongly preferred
  • 5 years or more experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and consulting resources.
  • Experience leading Business Intelligence, enterprise reporting, data management, analytics, or system migration initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, reporting platforms, data validation, and business process transformation.
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Demonstrate skill in working with a matrixed team focused on large complex initiatives
  • Strong financial aptitude
  • Expert understanding of cross functional business structures
