Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and provide updates to project leadership.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, drawing logs, and project documentation.
  • Assist with purchase orders, subcontract setup, and change order management.
  • Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
  • Support labor tracking, cost coding, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and documentation.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
  • Assist with equipment deliveries, material procurement, and project closeout documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in mechanical contracting or commercial, civil, or industrial construction.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
