Job description

Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: Woburn, MA 01801

Pay:$150,000 - $200,000

We're partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team.

This role will oversee commercial construction and interior renovation projects ranging from small tenant improvements to projects exceeding $10 million. If you have experience managing commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial construction and interior renovation projects.

  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.

  • Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and conceptual budgets.

  • Review construction drawings and specifications.

  • Manage subcontractor contracts, change orders, and procurement.

  • Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams.

  • Work closely with Superintendents to keep projects on schedule.

  • Review project billings and assist with project closeout.

  • Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers.

Qualifications
  • Previous Project Management experience in commercial construction.

  • Experience managing commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects.

  • Strong estimating and budgeting experience.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Procore, Fieldwire, or similar construction management software is a plus.

  • Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is preferred but not required.
