We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Seattle team. In this role, you'll lead complex restoration and repair projects that strengthen and extend the life of critical structures across the region.
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager at PULLMAN, you will take full ownership of project execution-from preconstruction through closeout-while leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage self-performed, complex concrete repair and restoration projects
  • Oversee contracts, including preparation and negotiation in collaboration with internal teams
  • Develop and maintain project schedules alongside field leadership
  • Own project financials, including P&L, forecasting, and cost control
  • Lead and mentor project teams (Project Engineers, Field Managers, craft professionals, and subcontractors)
  • Partner with Estimating and Business Development teams on bid reviews and proposal development
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Champion safety and quality across all phases of work

What You Bring

Qualifications:
  • 7-12 years of experience in commercial construction and/or structural restoration
  • Proven success managing projects ranging from $1M-$5M+
  • Experience with scopes such as:
    • Structural concrete repair

    • Historic restoration (preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and projections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing others
  • Willingness to travel locally (approximately 20-30%)
