Project Mgr requires:

  • Ability to develop and monitor project plans and timelines, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Project management
  • Collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with diverse teams (e.g., design, R&D, sales, finance, external vendors).

Project Mgr duties:

  • Support multiple teams simultaneously by managing workflows, priorities, and administrative needs
  • Assist with planning and execution for brand teams & company events, meeting logistics, trainings, and initiatives
  • Coordinate and track projects, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and budget reconciliation; flag discrepancies and support financial reporting
  • Draft, edit, and distribute broad-based communications, announcements, and updates on internal platforms to employees and leaders, ensuring clarity and consistency
