Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Specialist to support engineering program execution, coordination, and performance tracking. This role plays a key part in aligning priorities, managing program metrics, and ensuring smooth communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, the ability to work with senior leadership, and a solid understanding of engineering and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with key stakeholders to align priorities, support weekly/monthly meetings, and prepare program metrics and reports.
Maintain program trackers, schedules, calendars, and documentation to ensure consistent execution.
Monitor performance metrics and support Control Account Managers with risks, opportunities, earned value management, and variance analysis.
Maintain facilities and equipment plans for engineering teams.
Track and report on key business execution metrics including CDRLs, staffing, on-time delivery, quality metrics, and compliance performance.
Manage updates for risk, issue, and opportunity tracking and reviews.
Lead project kickoffs, support Basis of Estimate (BOE) development, and prepare materials for leadership reviews.
Coordinate staffing activities, onboarding processes, and resource planning.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, surveys, and events.
Draft and publish internal communications such as emails, newsletters, and intranet content tailored to internal audiences.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in project management.
3+ years of experience working in cross-functional environments with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
3+ years of experience in business operations and/or process improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management systems.
Experience working with engineering teams.
Experience managing or supporting projects related to production engineering, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
5+ years of experience collaborating across multiple organizations.
Experience leading or mentoring teams (formal or informal leadership).
Experience in program management, compliance, risk management, and finance.
