Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.
Ocean Spray is a farmer-owned cooperative built on collaboration, accountability, and delivering results that matter. Our Enterprise Project Management team partners closely with functional leaders to help turn priorities into action-driving clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across initiatives.
We are seeking a Manager, Project Management, to lead the execution of projects and portfolio management of the USA Beverage business. This role is highly execution-focused, partnering day-to-day with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with intended impact.
A Day in the Life...
Manage the end-to-end execution of function-specific projects or workstreams within the USA Beverage portfolio
Serve as a trusted partner by providing portfolio visibility, enabling informed prioritization decisions & guiding project initiation, sequencing & trade off conversations.
Lead, coach, and develop associate project manager(s) within the beverage team
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and drive follow-through
Ensure scope, risks, dependencies, and outcomes are actively managed throughout the project lifecycle
Partner closely with functional stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into practical execution plans
Coordinate across cross functional teams to align resources, manage interdependencies, and resolve issues
Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and decision forums to maintain momentum and clarity
Identify risks, issues, and potential roadblocks early; escalate appropriately with clear data and observations
Provide clear, concise project updates to stakeholders and leadership
Maintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and lessons learned
Identify opportunities to improve project practices, governance and cross functional ways of working
Evaluate assumptions, identify execution risks and recommend alternative approaches to improve project outcomes
Translate complex information into practical insights that support timely decision making
What We Are Looking For:
Required
5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting initiatives within a functional or business domain
Experience working on cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
Understand business objectives and connect project execution to organizational strategy
Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to anticipate future risks, opportunities, & requirements guiding cross functional teams to proactively prepare for what's ahead
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and comfort operating in evolving environments
Sound judgment and emotional intelligence when navigating ambiguity and change
Preferred
Experience supporting functional areas such as Commercial, R&D, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, or Corporate Services
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
Exposure to transformation initiatives, systems implementations, or process improvement efforts
Education:
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
Master's Degree (Preferred)

At least 5 Years of Experience
Annual Salary:
$116,300 - $145,400
The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
