Its services include the assessment and validation of automation equipment, network infrastructures and business processes, as well as the project management involved.
Position Summary
The Project Manager, is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is accountable for schedule management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project objectives are achieved within defined scope, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Lead cross-functional teams responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and contracting activities utilizing sourcing and contracting systems.
  • Manage and track project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate Change Control activities and ensure appropriate documentation and approvals are completed.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functional areas to drive project execution.
  • Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and maintain project visibility throughout the organization.
  • Utilize project management tools and systems to monitor schedules, resources, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for leadership review.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

  • Master's Degree and 2 years of Project Management experience OR
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Project Management experience

  • Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfer, technology transfer, or commercialization projects

  • Experience working in cross-functional, team-oriented, and matrix organizations.
