You will own the lifecycle of construction—from the first conceptual sketch to the final delivery—balancing high-level budgeting and scheduling with the "boots-on-the-ground" leadership required to turn blueprints into reality.

The Strategic Lead
  • Project Architect of Success: Oversee and direct multiple complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring every milestone is met with precision and cost-effectiveness.

  • The Experience: 10+ years of hands-on management in commercial construction. If you have Hospitality or Multi-Family experience, we want to talk to you.

  • The Technical Edge: A BS in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering. You are a power user of MS Project and Excel.

  • The Craftsman’s Knowledge: Deep expertise in materials and methods. Experience with Timberframe construction is a significant plus.

  • The Negotiator: Excellent communication and time management skills with a proven ability to draft contracts and manage vendor relationships.
