Project Manager
Rancho Cordova, CA
12+ months
Mandatory Qualifications:
At least three (3) years' work for the State of California as a Contractor.
Must possess an active Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate. (Please provide copy of certification).
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of broad and extensive experience in managing complex IT systems and integration projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity. For each project used to document the five (5) years of minimum experience, describe the following:
o Strategic and business significance of the projects within the portfolios.
o Scope, timeframe, and costs of the projects within the portfolio.
o The candidate's role, including specific examples demonstrating knowledge and experience with PM principles, concepts, and practices.
o The candidate must have advanced skills, knowledge, and expertise in project development.
o Minimum of two (2) years' experience evaluating and managing large scale multi-phase projects, including producing project schedules, status reports, and project plans. Experience must be within the last ten (10) years.
o Minimum three (3) years' experience utilizing relevant programs, such as MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
A minimum of two (2) years' experience managing the implementation of distributed antenna systems.
A minimum of two (2) years' experience with at least two IT project implementations in highly secured organizations.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in information technology
