Job description

E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all contract administration and project management activities for the OESE IT CPIC Support Services contract. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of contract activities, including phase-in/phase-out planning, project management support, bi-weekly status meetings, and monthly progress reporting. This role requires strong experience managing IT and operational projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic planning and governance initiatives . This position is contingent upon contract award .

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of all contract activities .
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans .
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget .
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations .
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership .
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
  • Support capital planning initiatives, roadmap execution, and governance activities .
  • Oversee phase-in and phase-out planning in accordance with contract requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience supporting IT or technology-related initiatives .
  • Experience supporting government, public sector, or federal agency projects is highly preferred .
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools .
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
  • PMP certification preferred .
  • Must be a U.S. citizen; ability to obtain a favorable federal suitability determination (Moderate Risk).

Location: Remote (U.S. Based) with occasional travel to Washington, D.C.
