Heavy Equipment Sales.  Crystal Equipment is looking to invest and develop the right candidate to drive Sales, Parts, and Service sales for heavy construction equipment (Excavators, Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, etc.).

We are looking for entrepreneurial independent-minded sales leaders to join our rapidly growing team. If you have a passion for sales and want the opportunity to sell high-quality equipment, parts, and service with the best support in the industry, we look forward to hearing from you.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Construction Equipment industry.
  • Travel to customers daily but home at night.
  • Prepares and presents product line information to customers, prepares and presents professional sales presentations to clients.
  • Contact and visit current and prospective customers, on-site, growing market sales and penetration.
  • Identifies potential sales opportunities by prospecting, visiting prospects, identifying needs, explaining product details, options, initiates product quotations, follow-up with customer inquiries, answers customer questions, correspondence, resolves customer problems, and builds long-term customer relationships.
  • Requires routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers.
  • Responds to customer inquiries, service needs, questions, or complaints regarding products, services, billing issues, and deliveries. Coordinates and works with inside sales and order processing groups to achieve desired results.
  • Manages designated territories and customers to maximize our presence in the industry and ensures return business.
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, call reports, travel planners, ensure that databases are current and updated with accurate customer information, and assign projects in a timely manner.
  • Maintains and updates customer database, customer contacts, price levels, reviews / analyzes customer sales reports, identifies and takes appropriate action to grow sales based on related information.
