Senior-level Project Manager to perform system and business process analysis, documentation and planning for an upgrade of the County's Assessment and Revenue System (ACE) and the Customer Assessment and Payment Portal System (CAPP).....Arlington County, Department Of Technology Services (dts), is seeking a Senior-level Project Manager to perform system and business process analysis, documentation and planning for an upgrade of the County's Assessment and Revenue System (ACE) and the Customer Assessment and Payment Portal System (CAPP). The candidate will interact with staff and management from the Office of the Treasurer, Office of the Commissioner of Revenue, DTS, software vendors and other County agencies as needed.....The primary responsibility is to develop a set of defined and documented requirements to support the planning of a major system upgrade. The individual must possess a strong business analysis and documentation skillset, project management skills and have proven success in continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and document workflow, business and systems requirements
Identify opportunities to improve technical processes
Identify areas for improvement in functional processes
Identify operational metrics focused on stability, predictability, and security
Facilitation and documentation of requirements sessions
Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices
Provide weekly status reports
Create project and process specifications and plan
Develop Statement of Work (SOW)
