Job description

Project Manager IIWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager II with a strong background in power generation, power delivery, renewable energy, or heavy industrial projects. This role will lead cross-functional project teams and be responsible for project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful project delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across engineering, operations, construction, and other stakeholders.

Track project costs and ensure work remains within approved budgets.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor schedules, deliverables, and overall project performance. Manage scope changes and maintain accurate project documentation.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Resolve project issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.

Implement appropriate project management methodologies and best practices.

Ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.

Lead project closeout activities, stakeholder sign-off, and lessons-learned reviews.

Qualifications5โ€“10 years of project management experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation, power delivery, renewable energy, or heavy industrial environments.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline preferred.
