The Opportunity:
CACI's Wireless Solutions division is looking to hire a proactive Project Manager. The role will enable effective project execution and oversight in close collaboration with Leads from Programs, Finance, Contracts and Engineering among other leads. Additionally, the role supports recurrent project management function that include but are not limited to financial forecasting, resource management, and monthly status reporting. The selected candidate will form part of an independent and collaborative project management and project operations team of professionals.
Wireless Solutions has a diverse mix of projects that include engineering development, proof of concept, quick reaction tasks, sustainment support, field operational support fix and repair, along with other research or investigation tasks. Our project management team supports full-service development contracts, including procuring and tracking materials, working with an engineering team to scope work, assign resources, and help remove roadblocks to meet our customers' hardest problems within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Plan, budget, and execute multiple projects supporting a diverse Intelligence Community-focused portfolio.
โ€ข Interact with contract managers and finance personnel throughout project planning and execution.
โ€ข Apply best practices in bid process management.
โ€ข Collaborate with program office and engineering operations leadership team.
โ€ข Maintain project management best business practices that align to CACI policy.
โ€ข Support new resource management tools.

โ€ข Serve as project manager for multiple technical engineering projects varying in schedule, budget, and scope of work.
โ€ข Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and completion of direct projects and/or delivery orders.
โ€ข Responsible for supporting bid and proposals leveraging existing templates, processes, and best practice.
โ€ข Support Program Management and technical teams in proposal development.
โ€ข Work closely with all stakeholders such as hardware, software, test, program, and manufacturing in development of project plans.
โ€ข Analyze cost, labor, materials, and adjust plan/schedule accordingly to stay on budget.
โ€ข Lead project team meetings and facilitate tracking/completion of action items.
โ€ข Participate, as required, in portfolio forecast planning sessions.
โ€ข Identify project risk areas and support mitigation plans.
โ€ข Prepare weekly and monthly reports (technical and cost).
โ€ข Interface with internal and external project task teams, vendors, and other partners to ensure project success.
โ€ข Support other programmatic activities as required. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Hold (BA/BS) degree with Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience. or equivalent in work experience.
โ€ข Minimum Secret clearance required to start, applicant needs to be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
โ€ข Ability to manage small to mid-size projects, typically in collaboration with multiple teams and resources
โ€ข Understanding of the project management lifecycle. Experience managing projects, budget, scope of work and schedule.
โ€ข Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required.
โ€ข Ability to travel to support team or customer meetings as needed, approximately twice per year.
โ€ข Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired:
โ€ข PMP certification.
โ€ข An active TS/SCI clearance.
โ€ข Experience using project management tools or applications such as Smartsheet/Resource Management.
โ€ข Prior application of (or training in) Agile/Scrum frameworks.
