· Monitor and control project progress, proactively identifying risks, roadblocks, or scope changes and implementing corrective actions.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to financial goals.

· Lead risk management and quality control efforts to ensure projects meet both company and client standards.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of proven experience managing projects from planning through delivery, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or construction environments.

· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.

· Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Lean), and documentation processes.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams and clients.

· Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).

Preferred Experience:

· Experience managing projects in construction, electrical, or industrial systems environments.

· Familiarity with Lean methodologies, risk management, and quality assurance practices.

· PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (preferred but not required).

Why Join Us:

· Opportunity to lead impactful projects with a growing U.S. team backed by global expertise.

· Collaborative and innovative culture with room for professional advancement.

· Exposure to diverse and challenging projects across multiple industries.

· Competitive compensation and benefits package, with ongoing training and career development opportunities.
