I am currently hiring for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established ENR Top 400 General Contractor with a strong reputation across the Southeast.



This contractor works across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, K-12 education, higher education, government, manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution & logistics, mission critical, transportation, and industrial construction.


The Role


The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall project delivery.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Manage commercial and education construction projects from start to finish

โ€ข Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

โ€ข Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

โ€ข Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders

โ€ข Monitor project progress, cost control, quality, safety, and closeout

Ideal Experience
