Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support a high-volume portfolio of capital renewal and asset management projects across a large housing portfolio. This individual will help develop annual asset management plans, assessing building conditions and prioritizing deferred maintenance work across 100+ properties. Day-to-day, they will analyze portfolio data, help determine funding allocations, and manage multiple projects simultaneously (often 15โ€“20+ at a time) across various ownership groups. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, government partners, and funding bodies (municipal, provincial, and federal) to secure and manage grants. This individual will also be responsible for developing scopes of work, leading public procurement processes (RFPs/tenders), managing contracts, and coordinating consultants and contractors to execute projects efficiently.


Required Skills & Experience

โ€ข 4+ years of experience in project management, asset management, or facilities management

โ€ข Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume environment

โ€ข Strong experience with RFPs, procurement, and scope development

โ€ข Experience with budgeting, funding allocation, or capital planning
