PROJECT MANAGER / OPERATIONS MANAGER
5–10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
JLC Electrical Contractors is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Operations Manager to oversee residential and commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
This is a leadership role for someone who can manage schedules, coordinate crews, communicate with customers, handle project logistics, and keep jobs running efficiently and profitably.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Construction or electrical industry experience required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with customers, crews, vendors, and subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
• Electrical contracting experience
• Service and installation project management
• Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and job costing
 This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a proven leader with real-world project management experience.
