We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.

About the Role:

The Project Manager will manage complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager is essential in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders to deliver projects on time. The Project Manager will develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, utilizing project management software to monitor progress and mitigate risks effectively. By maintaining detailed project documentation and adhering to the project life cycle, the Project Manager will ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project duration. Ultimately, the Project Manager will drive successful project outcomes that achieve the organization’s goals.

Minimum Qualifications:.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the project life cycle.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
