Project ManagerIntroduction:

Our direct healthcare client has a multi-year contract for a Project Manager to lead a new initiative. The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience and possess a PMP certification. Cell therapy experience is a plus. This is a hybrid position with a home base in Fresno, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the project team to ensure project objectives are met within the designated time frame and budget
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
  • Risk management and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency
