As the Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects at varying stages, seamlessly balancing detailed execution with strategic oversight. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including submittals, meetings and minutes, scope management, billing, cost control, quality assurance, safety, and project closeout. A key factor in this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, driving projects to completion ahead of schedule and under budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship & Business Development: Drive sales, retain clients, and secure referrals through strong relationship management and industry involvement.
  • Estimating & Preconstruction Management: Prepare accurate estimates and proposals, manage submittals, subcontractors, and pre-construction documentation.
  • Project Delivery Oversight: Lead multiple projects with a focus on timely, under-budget completion while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with AP/AR, payroll, forecasting, expense reports, and project reporting using current software tools.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain smooth project workflows.
  • Safety & Quality Control Enforcement: Uphold safety protocols, implement quality control measures, and document all compliance and field conditions.
  • Field Operations & Documentation: Conduct regular sites visits, oversee jobsite logistics, and manage project reporting and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Our ideal Project Manager candidate will have:

  • 5 to 10 years of construction-related or commercial construction experience
  • Excellent communications skills and customer service experience; business development skills and experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of project financial management
  • Scope development and estimating / pricing experience preferred
  • OSHA 10 certificate
  • Valid driver's license
