In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
โ€ข Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
โ€ข Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
โ€ข Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools
โ€ข Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
โ€ข Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
โ€ข Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
โ€ข Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
โ€ข Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience
Experience in Project Delivery and Stakeholder Management in client-facing roles.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management best practices.

Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for all project-related activities at the client site.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with client leadership and internal teams.
Implement Agile and Scrum practices, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management for onsite projects.
Drive a product mindset, ensuring project goals align with client business objectives.
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and progress updates to client stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Coordinate with offshore teams for smooth execution and timely delivery.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Experience in managing technology or product development projects.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise Agile practices.
Additional Required Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
