  • Strong coordination and communication skills across internal and external project teams.
  • Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office and standard construction tools.

Candidates must live in British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan and within reasonable access of a major airport.

Willingness to travel for up to 10 days per month to project sites across Canada and Colony's head office in Surrey, British Columbia.

Nice to Have

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
  • Support subcontractor buyout and procurement processes.
  • Ensure alignment between the estimate, contracted scope and field execution.
  • Lead project handovers from estimating and confirm a full understanding of scope, risks and commercial requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before they affect cost, schedule or quality.
  • Maintain organized project documentation in accordance with Colony procedures.
  • Support site teams through regular communication, site visits and problem solving.
  • Protect Colony's financial and contractual interests.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely and in accordance with quality standards.
