As a Project Manager, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while ensuring established objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
  • Monitor project progress and produce required status reports and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate the activities of various teams involved, prepare and facilitate working sessions, workshops, and governance committees, while ensuring effective information flow among stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the coordination of digital transformation, data, and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting prioritization, planning, alignment, change management, communication, and adoption activities.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Has experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, as well as transformation, technology, or process improvement projects.
  • Is recognized for their influential leadership, excellent communication skills, and ability to mobilize stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strong planning and organizational abilities, analytical and synthesis skills, and effective priority management.
  • Possesses valuable assets such as a PMP certification or equivalent, knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or Lean approaches, an understanding of digital transformation, data, or artificial intelligence challenges, or experience in the financial services industry.
  • Intermediate level of English and advanced level of French proficiency is required, as the role involves communicating verbally and in writing with unilingual English-speaking and French-speaking partners on a regular basis.
