Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of construction and capital projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, stakeholder relationships, and project risks while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines to support successful project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation to achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maintain profitability.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project updates and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project requirements, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among project team members.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, action items, and minutes as required.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address issues that may affect project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, industry standards, contractual requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, change management records, and project correspondence.
  • Coordinate submissions and documentation required by clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Track project milestones and implement corrective actions where necessary to maintain project objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
