Salary Range: $120,000-160,000

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
