  • Support multiple program managers on multiple capital and expense projects.
  • Assist program managers in establishing and monitoring multiple project scopes, budgets and schedules.
  • Lead and perform all project management functions to implement capital and expense projects from start to finish.
  • Work with cross-functional team through all project phases to implement/deliver portfolio of projects.
  • Communicate and coordinate throughout all project phases with project stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Obtain all required project permits and agency approvals.
  • Coordinate all 3rd party utility agreements, design, and construction
  • Prepare documents for and coordinate project Risk Analysis and Gateway approvals.

  • Perform all project Document Management tasks using a standardized filing system as well as utilize adopted project management software (Unifier-Oracle) to prepare reports, manage project budget/funding and upload project documents as necessary.
